Who:
Issam Nabulsi
is a registered architect and the founding Director of DESYPHER (http://www.desypher.com.au/home), a firm which specialised in architecture, planning and urban design. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne 1990 before working under Andrew Kings (Melbourne) and Rasem Badran (Amman, Jordan). He established the practice upon his return from his overseas with a specific interest in community and cultural involvement. He has since overseen the development of Mimar Architects that he established in 1992 as DESYPHER in 2008.
